Our clinic was founded by Sarah Griffiths, an experienced Advanced Practitioner Hand Therapist with a passion for helping people restore function and return to the activities they love.

Sarah graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2009 with a BSc in Physiotherapy and has specialised in hand therapy since 2015. She has extensive experience treating both acquired and traumatic hand and upper limb conditions, combining advanced clinical knowledge with a compassionate, hands-on approach.

As a qualified Non-Medical Prescriber and Injection Therapist, Sarah is able to assess, prescribe, and administer corticosteroid injections when appropriate providing a seamless service for conditions such as arthritis, tendinopathies and trigger finger.

In addition to running her private practice, Sarah also works full-time as an Advanced Practitioner Hand Therapist within the NHS. She is a proud member of the British Association of Hand Therapists (BAHT) and a Chartered Physiotherapist (CSP), ensuring that her patients benefit from the latest evidence-based care.
